From the Long Island Expressway
1. Take the L.I.E. to NY Route 112 at Exit 64.
2. Proceed North on Route 112 across Route 25 (Middle Country Road) & Route 347 (Nesconset Highway).
3. Proceed on 112/25A (Main Street) past the railroad station, down hill and into the village.
4. Turn right onto East Main Street and proceed to Thompson Street. The Port Jefferson Free Library is on the corner.
Alternate Routes
1. From western Long Island drive east on 25A from Smithtown through Stony Brook and Setauket to PJ Village.
2. From western Long Island take Northern State to Veteran's Memorial Highway. Drive East to Route 347 (Nesconset Highway). Proceed on 347 to Route 112. Turn left and proceed to Port Jefferson Village to Library.
3. From Eastern Long Island take Route 25 to Route 112. Turn right and proceed North to Port Jefferson Village.
