Register today and receive a gift. For each book you read, you may enter a drawing for a prize raffle (all prizes will be on display at Adult Services). Read three books and receive a mystery gift. Read seven books, complete the program and receive a final prize.

For Teens

June 22 – August 9

A thrilling journey awaits you during this year’s Summer Reading theme, “Adventure Begins At Your Library.” Not sure where to start? The Teen Center’s the perfect spot, brimming with Poké-themed adventurous locations, exciting programs, and fabulous prizes. Discover the spirit of adventure at the Port Jefferson Free Library’s Teen Center. Visit portjefflibrary.org/teens to register beginning June 22nd with your PJFL Teen card.

For Children

June 22 – August 10

We invite children from Birth to 12 years old to join us for our camping-themed crafts, story times, explorations, special programs, live animal shows and more. From infants and preschoolers to school-aged children, all are invited to join and earn prizes for reading. Registration begins June 22 by clicking the image below or in person by visiting the Children’s Department.
